LBTU Vice-Rector for Finance Linards Sisenis delivered a congratulatory speech to the graduates: "I congratulate you on this festive occasion as you hold your long-awaited diplomas in hand. This is undoubtedly a day of celebration—but also a significant milestone marking the start of new challenges. You surely remember the moment you chose to study: some of you were inspired by your parents or friends, others independently chose the field in which to build your career, and some saw studies as a way to supplement existing professional experience. But you are all united by your ability to overcome challenges, and now also by your LBTU diploma, which means you are forever part of your Alma Mater. This diploma is not only a mark of quality—our graduates are highly valued by employers—but also a symbol of responsibility: to honor and respect the knowledge you have gained, and to know that the university is always here to support and inspire you again. I encourage you to set new goals and have the energy and determination to achieve them. Thank you all sincerely for your perseverance through this stage of life. Thank you also to your loved ones for supporting you along the way, and a special thank you to the university community—faculty members, professors, and everyone who ensured a successful study process. I wish you a joyful and warm midsummer solstice!"
