ChallengeEU Alliance Strategy Board Meeting
The University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in Brugg hosted the Strategy Board Meeting of the European University Alliance ChallengeEU, attended by LBTU Rector Irina Arhipova.
The meeting focused on aligning the Alliance’s vision and long-term strategy with the development priorities of the partner universities. Participants reviewed progress and financial reports, discussed student and staff mobility, explored the development of joint study programs, and addressed enhancements to IT infrastructure and the implementation of the European Student Card.
Delegation members were also introduced to the Swiss university’s key research areas and laboratories.
In celebration of ECAM LaSalle’s 125th anniversary, they also visited Lyon, France, to explore future collaboration opportunities with the university’s academic staff and students. ECAM LaSalle presented itself as a university committed to engineering education that is globally open and future-oriented.
This meeting gathered representatives from Hochschule Offenburg, ECAM LaSalle, Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, Mittuniversitetet, South East European University (SEEU), Universidade Europeia, Universidad Europea de Valencia and Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie.
