Explore Global Career Opportunities at "Talent Has No Borders"
On November 13, the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) will participate in the international career day "Talent Has No Borders: Talent Day & Virtual Job Fair", organized by the European University of Valencia (Universidad Europea de Valencia, Spain). The event will be held online and will bring together universities, companies, and career experts from several European countries to discuss labour market trends, employment opportunities, and youth professional development in an international context.
As part of "Talent Has No Borders", there will be presentations on social entrepreneurship, career planning processes, and cultural differences in business, as well as a virtual job fair where participants can explore various companies and their job vacancies. The day will conclude with a masterclass by the international technology company IBM, focused on the development of artificial intelligence and career opportunities in the technology sector.
The event will start at 9:45 (by EET Latvia Time Zone) with an opening by Emmanuël Hazé (UEV), followed by presentations on social entrepreneurship in Latvia, career planning, and cultural differences in business. Participants can join a virtual job fair, meet companies like Fazer Latvia, and explore European career opportunities. Afternoon sessions will cover labour market insights in France, Switzerland, and inclusive employment practices in Spain. The day concludes with an IBM masterclass on AI and technology careers.
The "Talent Has No Borders" event is organized within the framework of the ChallengeEU Alliance collaboration and aims to promote student international mobility, labour market understanding, and professional growth across Europe.
