Rimi is looking for a Private Label Quality Specialist.

 If you have:

• University degree in Food Chemistry, Food technology or any other related area;
• Professional experience in the field;
• Knowledge of food safety legislation and quality management systems;
• Fluency in Latvian language and good English skills;
• Good computer user skills;
• Good communication skills, result oriented personality with ability to work in a team as well as independently;
• Driver's B license would be regarded as an advantage.

We will entrust you to:

• Assurance of product safety, quality and authenticity of Rimi Private Label products via product specifications alignment with suppliers, labelling texts and designs approval according to legal and internal rules and guidelines;
• Planing, coordination and carrying out PL supplier audits;
• Participation in product sensory evaluation;
• Participation in development of product laboratory monitoring program for PL products;
• Participation in effective PL product non-conformity management;
• Follow up on changes and timely implementation of binding legal requirements;
• Consultancy/training to related stakeholders about quality related issues and requirements;
• Maintainance of respective documentation in accordance to approved processes and procedures.

Compensation:

Salary 1300.00 – 1500.00 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
