International Summer School "Behavioral Bridge: 1st BEI Summer School on Applied Behavioral Methods"

Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) students, doctoral students, early-career researchers and academic staff have the opportunity to participate in the international summer school "Behavioral Bridge: 1st BEI Summer School on Applied Behavioral Methods", organised by the Behavioural Economics Institute in cooperation with the ChallengeEU Alliance. The summer school will take place from 13 to 18 July in Valencia, Spain.

The programme will combine intensive training in behavioural economics and applied behavioural methods with an international research workshop. 

Participants will have the opportunity to explore current topics in four areas: artificial intelligence and human behaviour; market and consumer research with examples from the wine sector; climate change mitigation and behavioural intervention approaches; and healthier lifestyles and the impact of food labelling on choices.

On 15 July, the international workshop "5th Workshop in Behavioral Economics @ the Europea (WoBE@E)" will also take place as part of the summer school. It will focus on applied behavioural research methods. Those interested in presenting their research are invited to submit an extended abstract by 15 June by writing to: hector.solaz@universidadeuropea.es.
