Facilities for Your Events

Jelgava Palace is the largest Baroque – style palace in the Baltic States, and the breath of history can still be felt in this 280-year-old Palace. In the Jelgava Palace there is an opportunity to hold solemn and creative events, conferences and seminars.

At the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU), guests have access to a range of facilities for organizing seminars, conferences, lectures, and business events. Available spaces include conference halls, seminar rooms, and lecture auditoriums, located in the university’s main building Jelgava Palace, and in various faculties. Rooms can be rented short-term or long term and are equipped with essential technical solutions—projectors, screens, audio systems, and internet access. All spaces and equipment are managed by LBTU, ensuring professional service and reliable support for a successful event.

Price List for Premises and Courtyard (Price per hour, excluding VAT)

  • Silver Hall - up to 80 seats, price: EUR 35.00 excluding VAT,
  • Silver Hall - the number of seats up to 80 and the Golden Hall - the number of seats up to 50, price: EUR 70.00 excluding VAT,
  • Foyer of the Central Hall - price: EUR 25.00 excluding VAT,
  • Central Hall and its foyer - the first two hours, price: EUR 400,00 excluding VAT, each next hour: EUR 130,00 excluding VAT,
  • Auditorium - number of seats up to 50, price: EUR 15.00,
  • Courtyard of the Jelgava Palace - price of the first two hour: EUR 90.00 excluding VAT, each next hour: EUR 40.00 excluding VAT.

For each event, a custom cost estimate is prepared based on the duration, selected premises, and additional services required.
