LBTU Technology and Knowledge Transfer Office (TEPEK) goal:

Promote and secure cooperation between scientists and entrepreneurs as well as commercial companies in protection of intellectual property and commercialization of research results at Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU). Systematically identifying and providing research expertise for further product development at  Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU).

Topics offered by specialists for entrepreneurs:

  1. Providing research and scientific expertise services to entrepreneurs of the LBTU;
  2. Protection of intellectual property in the LBTU;
  3. Cooperation with the incubators of Zemgale, Kurzeme, Vidzeme and Shaule incubator;
  4. Cooperation with economic operators/entrepreneurs, other universities TPK, municipalities, Zemgale and other planning regions, EEN Latvia, LTC and LR Patent Office;
  5. Planning and organization of seminars, conferences, contact shops and exhibitions;
