Apraksts LV: Mikroskopijas un spektrometrijas sistēmā ietilpst Tescan Mira3 XMU skenējošais elektronu mikroskops (SEM) ar sekojošiem detektoriem: Everhart-Thornley tipa sekundāro elektronu detektors (SE), iekšlēcas (in-beam) sekundāro elektronu detektors, izkliedēto elektronu detektors (BSE) un in-beam BSE, zema vakuuma detektors (LVSTD) un enerģijas dispersijas rentgena staru spektroskopijas (EDS) detektors, kā arī Renishaw inVia Qontor Raman spektrometrs ar moduli, kas integrēts SEM kamerā. Sistēma aprīkota arī ar mikroinkubatoru augu, dzīvnieku un mikroorganismu šūnām vajadzīgā mikroklimata uzturēšanai analīžu veikšanas brīdī.

Apraksts EN: The microscopy and spectrometry system include Tescan Mira3 XMU scanning electron microscope (SEM) with the following detectors: Everhart-Thornley type secondary electron detector (SE), in-beam secondary electron detector, scattered electron detector (BSE) and in-beam BSE, a low vacuum detector (LVSTD) and an energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) detector, as well as a Renishaw inVia Qontor Raman spectrometer with a module integrated in the SEM chamber. The system is also equipped with a microincubator for plant, animal and microorganism cells to maintain the necessary microclimate during the analysis.
